Diane is a genuine foodie! Diane’s 25 years of experience is a marriage between food service management (MS in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management from Penn State) and the Culinary Arts (Associate in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY). Under Diane’s direction, highly trained chefs cook food on site. Every kitchen, in every community prepares home cooked meals every day of the year. We focus on scratch cooking with good quality ingredients. And our dining team maintains the highest standards in food safety and cleanliness.
