Meet Tanya Olson, Executive Director of Layton Terrace Senior Community in Greenfield, Wisconsin. She has a nursing background in assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice. While working in the skilled nursing environment, Tanya realized her passion for the operational aspects of healthcare. She then went back to school and earned her Bachelor of Science Business Management and is currently working on her MBA Healthcare Management.
