Thea Vorass, Executive Director of Howard Village, has worked in senior care for more than 15 years. Prior to taking on an operations role at Howard Village, she ran the activities department at the Laureate Group community in Menomonee Falls. She is a certified music therapist and earned her bachelor’s degree in music therapy the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
