Assisted Living for Advanced Care Needs
Terrace House is a smaller setting within three of our Southeastern Wisconsin senior living communities for advanced care assisted living. It is an ideal assisted living environment for someone with higher care needs that may require more direction and reassurance, but who does not need nursing home care.
“It amazes me how the staff is able to tailor their services to meet so many diverse needs day after day – and they do it with kindness, patience and compassion.”
– Keith, family member
Extra Support Seniors Can Count On
Terrace House caregivers are trained to monitor complex health concerns and to address needs as they arise, on an unscheduled basis. As with all assisted living services, a registered nurse conducts an assessment and works with individuals and their family or representative to develop an individualized service plan that includes:
- Activities specifically designed to promote the highest level of independence,
- Outings in the community to area restaurants and attractions, and scenic tours,
- Personal escorts to in-house activities, hair salon and in-house doctor appointments
- Three meals per day with specialized diets available, and assistance at mealtime as needed
Our senior living communities of The Arboretum in Menomonee Falls, Layton Terrace in Greenfield, and Oak Hill Terrace in Waukesha have a Terrace House setting for advanced care assisted living.
