Experience Matters in Senior Living
Locally owned and operated since 1970, Laureate Group Senior Communities is one of the largest senior apartment providers in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Laureate Group Senior Communities provides independent living, assisted living, and dementia care for seniors in eight locations: Glendale, Greenfield, Menomonee Falls, Oconomowoc, St. Francis, Waukesha, Wauwatosa and West Allis.
We have a proprietary system to monitor quality indicators. Our system allows us to staff based not only on the number of people we care for, but also on the amount of care required. Our staffing ratios depend on who we’re caring for, not only how many. We can adjust staffing in real time based on changing needs we identify.
Our mission is to provide each individual the most appropriate setting and lifestyle to maximize independence and wellness. We promote an atmosphere where seniors are encouraged to be active and make decisions for themselves as they are able.
At each senior community, people enjoy high quality, experienced care tailored to their specific needs, environments fostering active lifestyles, and outstanding home-cooked meals – all at an exceptional value.
> Find a community
We were the first provider in Wisconsin to offer apartment-style accommodations in assisted living, and one of the first in the area to provide full-time registered nurses on-site at each of our assisted living communities.
We Welcome and Honor Military Veterans
We are honored to have so many veterans who live in a Laureate Group senior community. It’s our priority to ensure that they receive all of the benefits they are entitled to.
That is why Laureate Group Senior Communities have partnered with the VFW to solidify that connection. Our organization supports the Wisconsin Veterans Network. In the last year, we have connected more than 400 individuals, and secured almost $1 million in benefits for our military veterans.
Honoring our veterans goes beyond special programs in recognition of Veterans Day and Memorial Day. We promote participation in the Honor Flight program and are so proud to display our veterans’ photos on our “wall of honor” boards in our communities.
We Are Advocates for Seniors
At Laureate Group Senior Communities, we take our role seriously as an advocate for seniors and their families. That is why members of our leadership team are actively involved in industry organizations.
Beth Anderson, Executive Vice President of Laureate Group Senior Communities in Southeastern Wisconsin, was a founding board member of the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA). She continues to serve on the organization’s Advocacy Committee. Appointed to the Governors Council on Long-Term Care in 1999, she served almost 20 years on the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Advisory Council.
