Spring/Summer 2010 Lifelong Learning Classes
Laureate Group retirement communities believe that learning never ends. We are pleased to announce the Spring/Summer 2010 courses offered through our Lifelong Learning Program, which include topical curriculum, outings and other exciting educational opportunities taught by academics, writers, artists and other professionals. This program is in addition to the offerings on our monthly activity calendars. Classes are open to the public. Please contact the community for registration information.
Laureate Rewards
For over 35 year, Laureate Group has served generations of families. We appreciate the confidence and value the trust that so many people have placed in us. We know that our best form of advertising comes from word-of-mouth and a referral is the best compliment we could ask for!
Laureate Rewards is our corporate referral program that is open to residents and their families. For each new person that a resident or their family refers who moves into any of our retirement communities, the resident can receive up to a $650 rent credit. To participate in our rewards program, simply complete a referral form and submit it to the office at any of our locations.

Specially priced apartments for those who qualify
A limited number of moderately priced apartments has been set aside in many Laureate Group retirement communities for older adults who qualify. This is not a subsidized housing program, but rather a program allowing those with low to moderate incomes to take advantage of retirement living at a very affordable price.
To qualify, your income as a single individual must be no more than $24,750 and for couples no more than $28,300 annually. Several apartment styles are available at the affordable monthly rate of $889. Participation in our flexible meal program is required each month.
Monthly rent includes all of the benefits such as access to the on-site bank, beauty/barber shop, and scheduled transportation for shopping and other outings. You also get to take advantage of Laureate Group's unparalleled lifestyle program that will keep you on the go: crafts, bingo, health and wellness programs, community service projects, shopping and so much more. And you will have the security of our professional staff available 24 hours a day to provide assistance if needed. Our morning and evening check-in service and emergency call system will provide peace of mind. Items that are not included in the rent are the utilities, telephone and cable services, as well as housekeeping, laundry service and garage parking.
