Difficult Conversations with Aging Parents: Reframing Your Conversation for Positive Results

Are you concerned that your aging parent or loved one is no longer safe living alone in their home?

For many, effectively communicating concerns to a loved one can be quite challenging.

Please join us for a FREE program presented by Adele Lund, Director of Community Relations at the Laureate Group.  For 30 years Adele has listened to and learned from families in various stages of transition.

The presentation will be available at two locations - on April 24 at Oak Hill Terrace and on April 25 at The Arboretum.  Click here to learn more.

Educational Programs at the West Allis Library

Library Square is partnering with the West Allis Library to offer two great programs to help seniors get ready to downsize and simplify their lives. The programs are free and will be held at the library's Constitution Room. These  programs are sponsored by Library Square.

Please join us on Tuesday April 17th at 2pm for "Moving Forward - A Senior's Guide to Home Selling" with Bruce Nemovitz, Senior Real Estate Specialist. Bruce has a long history of helping seniors sell their homes. It's not about moving today. It's about planning for the future!

Then join us on Wednesday May 16 at 2pm for "Downsizing: Tips to Get You Motivated" by Laureate Group's Director of Community Relations Adele Lund.  Let's change our mindset from "getting rid of things" to "paying it forward."  Let's get motivated!
