Registered Nurses – Having a registered nurse on-site is a key difference to providing quality care. The RN, under the direction of the resident’s personal physician, implements and oversees individualized care plans. The Registered Nurse also serves as an advocate for the resident and interfaces between practitioner and family.
Quality Indicators – We take a proactive approach to care by monitoring key indicators such as medications, history of falls, and significant changes in weight. This allows us to put into place measures that result in achieving the highest level of wellness. Individualized care plans, reviewed regularly, are designed to maximize health, independence and quality of life.
Medical Director – Each community's Medical Director holds regular office hours and oversees the well-being of everyone in their Assisted Living program. Other medical professionals offer therapies, podiatry, audiology, and other healthful services on-site.
Lifestyle – We believe that the overall well-being of an individual takes into account not only the medical component, but the social aspect as well. That is why our activities program incorporates educational, social, and spiritual elements into our Assisted Living program to meet a wide range of interests and improve quality of life.
