Oak Hill Terrace (Assisted Living Apartments):

Oak Hill Terrace's nursing staff will develop an individualized program of personal care including help with bathing, medications, and wellness supervision. Terrace House (Assisted Living Apartments):

Terrace House is a smaller setting within Oak Hill Terrace that provides additional personal care assistance and an ideal environment for someone needing more direction and reassurance. Terrace House offers studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with kitchen and private bathrooms. Three delicious and nutritious meals are provided each day. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. Twenty-four hour staffing and emergency response, scheduled transportation and use of all Oak Hill Terrace amenities are available at no additional cost. Monthly rentals including services and meals starts at $3,680.

For individuals who need additional support on a short-term basis following a hospital or nursing home stay, the Terrace House transition room is ideal. This fully furnished private apartment provides comfort and privacy along with needed support during a recovery period.

Spring House at Oak Hill Terrace (Compassionate Dementia Care):

Spring House is a smaller setting within Oak Hill Terrace that in addition to the personal care program (assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication), provides individualized supportive care service by staff specially trained in dementia care. Housekeeping, laundry service, scheduled transportation, recreational programming and emergency response are all included. The monthly charge includes rent, services and meals starts at $4,280.
