Layton Terrace Independent Living

The choices range from studio apartments to large two bedroom apartments with balconies and luxury amenities. Fine dining options range from the 18 meal per month flexible plan to the economical daily meal program. Housekeeping and laundry service can be arranged as desired. Free washers and dryers are conveniently located throughout the community. Heated underground parking is available. 24-hour staffing for emergency response, scheduled transportation, recreational programming and the use of all Layton Terrace facilities are available at no additional charge. The cost of independent living will vary depending on the apartment and the services selected. Monthly rentals range from $889 - $2,100.

Layton Terrace Assisted Living

Choose from studio apartments featuring a complete kitchen and private bath to large two bedroom apartments with balconies. Three delicious meals are prepared in our kitchen daily. An individualized program of personal care includes help with bathing, dressing and medications, wellness supervision, specialized recreation and housekeeping. 24-hour staffing and emergency response, scheduled transportation and use of all Layton Terrace facilities are included in the monthly rent. Laundry service is also available. Terrace House is a smaller environment that provides all of the personal care services found in assisted living, with a greater level of support. The cost of living in assisted living will vary depending on the apartment and the services selected. Monthly rentals in assisted living which includes basic service starts at $2,420. Terrace house monthly charges which includes nursing service, housekeeping, laundering and three meals. Starts at $2,925.

Spring House at Layton Terrace

Both studio and one bedroom apartments with private bathrooms are available. Spring House provides all the advantages of our personal care program (assistance with bathing, dressing and medication), plus additional staff close at hand throughout the day and night to provide direction, support and reassurance. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. Twenty-four hour staffing and emergency response, scheduled transportation and use of all the facilities are available at no additional cost. Monthly rental includes services, utilities and three meals a day. Telephone is additional. Monthly Rental: $4,295.
