Independent Living The choices range from luxurious studio apartments with a full kitchen, to huge two bedroom apartments with large balconies. Three delicious meals are available daily and you have a choice of the 18 meal per month flexible plan to the economical daily meal program. Housekeeping and laundry service can be arranged as desired. Heated underground parking is available. 24-hour staffing, emergency response, scheduled transportation, recreational programming, basic cable and the use of all Laurel Oaks facilities are all part of the monthly rent. The cost of independent living will vary depending on the apartment and the services selected. Monthly rents start at $1295/month. Assisted Living You may choose apartments ranging from studios featuring a complete kitchen and private bath to large two bedroom apartments. Three delicious and nutritious meals are served daily in our lovely dining room. 24-hour staffing for emergency response, scheduled transportation, the use of all Laurel Oaks facilities, and an individualized program of personal care including help with bathing, dressing, and medications, wellness supervision, specialized recreation and housekeeping are all included. Laundry service is optional. The cost will vary depending on the apartment and the services selected. Monthly rentals start at $1500 per month. Nursing services and meals are additional.
