Unlike the average assisted living facility, Laureate Group communities have full time Registered Nurses on site and always on call. You can find many assisted living facilities around town, however, they do not provide the same level of service, the unparalleled social opportunities and the professional skill level in the kind of environment that promotes maximum independence and choice.

Providing 24 hour staffing for emergency response and meeting nutritional needs combined with housekeeping services, medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living (help with bathing, dressing, personal cares) is a fundamental part of our program, but there is much more….

• Registered Nurses - Having a registered nurse on-site is a key difference to providing quality care. This registered nurse is an advocate for the resident – interfacing between practitioner and families to manage care for each individual. The RN, under the direction of the resident’s personal physician, , implements care plans for each resident.
• Quality Indicators - We take a proactive approach to care by monitoring key indicators such as medications, history of falls, and significant changes in weight. This allows us to put into place measures that result in achieving the highest level of wellness. Individualized care plans, reviewed regularly, are designed to maximize health, independence and quality of life.
• Medical Director – Our medical director holds regular office hours at our communities. The Medical Director oversees the well-being of everyone in our assisted living program. Other medical professionals offer therapies, podiatry, audiology and other services on-site.
• Lifestyle – At Hart Park Square, the over-all well-being of an individual takes into account not only the medical component, but also the social aspect. That is why our activities program incorporates educational, social, and spiritual elements into our programs to meet a wide range of interests.
