We understand that everyone who comes to one of our communities for assisted living wants to stay as independent as possible. And we agree. Our approach is to work with you and your family to identify where you might need some extra support and develop a program that could help. Unlike some communities, a full time Registered Nurse is onsite each day and on call every night. Assisted living is just that – assistance – and often a personalized plan allows you to live better, stronger and safer and actually become more independent in daily life. In our program, a registered nurse conducts a general assessment and then works with individuals and their family/representative to develop an individualized service plan which details needs, services and desired outcomes. Our staff is on duty 24-hours a day for emergency response. Housekeeping services, medication administration, and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, personal care) are all fundamental parts of our assisted living program. We take a proactive approach to our care for all our residents developing individualized service plans. Recognizing the role of exercise for overall health, mobility and endurance we provide opportunities each day tor our residents to remain active. Because of this, our fall rates for seniors in all our communities are less than half the industry standard.
